Improve access to irrigation through canal renovation (965 meters) to promote a two-yield per year and inter-cropping in Kanlaung village of Toek Thla commune;
Share agricultural techniques in 19 villages by establishing and strengthening model farmers system;
Improve the function of the Prey Keav center to become an effective learning center for the local community operated by Prey Keav learning center management committee by 2015;
Improve awareness on safe migration in SACRED target area;
Strengthen self-sustaining capacity and ownership of CBOs;
Prepare for phasing in of at least 5 new villages in 2014; and
Upgrade the capacity of SACRED staff to work more effectively with the target villages.
