Design, implement, monitor and evaluate a joint project on climate change awareness-raising at the national and local levels;
Identifying capacity building initiative for the technical staff of the Cambodian climate change office and other appropriate departments and/or offices of the Ministry of Environment; and
Co-organize targeted workshops, forums, etc. to increase the capacity of key Royal Cambodian Government stakeholders regarding national and international climate change issues and policies.
