The project aimed to provide state institution, civil society and local community in the northeast wetland region of Cambodia, mainly in Sambor district of Kratie Province, with the capacity, information and resources to enable them to participate and cooperate effectively in managing and making decisions concerning the use of their local resources and livelihood development.
