Under this project, the Tamen Irrigation System was rehabilitated by the Banteay Meanchey PDOWRAM. The project included the rehabilitation of 6 intakes and 520m of embankment, and the construction of a concrete bridge over spillway built in the embankment. It was expected to reinforce functions of reservoir and provide 1,400 farmers with better access to the water for irrigation and to public facilities through the rehabilitated embankment and the bridge.
