The project focused on an integrated development program aimed at enhancing food security and ameliorating socio-economic conditions of the people in the project area. The program's strategy consisted of improving food security and water use efficiency, and improving the management of the Komping Puoy Irrigation system in the Battambang Province, Cambodia.
