The project aimed to address gender issues and promote greater access to quality fish production and consumption for sustainable development of the aquaculture sector in the North East of Cambodia. The project also focused on improving aquaculture production and commercialization levels through a strategic planning of the sector. It also sought to encourage greater participation of women in the provinces of Ratanakiri, Modulkiri, Kratie and Stung Treng.
