Set up and monitor "Learning, Experimenting and Teaching Sites" (LETS) to increase the knowledge on water resources with the support of the Research Institute for Development (IRD);
Set-up community-based water supply systems such as drilling boreholes, ponds/dams creation or rehabilitation, rain-harvest system;
Identify market opportunities for local organic products to be sold in urban areas and promote access to market through creation and support of groups of producers;
Support activities of diversification by poorest farmers such as vegetables, animal raising, fishery;
Build the capacity of technical departments and farmers through training sessions, exchange visits, field visit and discussions;
Reinforce national Red Cross society to support the most vulnerable families; and
Create and facilitate a close collaboration between Cambodian and Lao partners.
