The project aims to:

• Conduct baseline survey;
  
• Provide technology on seed production;
  
• Provide training to farmers and extension staff;
  
• Provide knowledge and technology on land management, water saving agriculture technology with demonstration farms; and
  
• Support technological assistance for research.
