Project Information

The project focused on climate change adaptation strategies in terms of natural resources and food security improvement. It sought to improve the condition of natural resources and enhance food security of rural poor households in Svay Rieng Province in the context of climate change. The objective was to develop a participatory approach among stakeholders such as villagers, commune council and community-based organizations.

The project had three components:

1. Improving natural resources through promotion of local forest conservation
2. Improving access to water resource for life and livelihood
3. Improving income generation from diversified agriculture production.
