The project aimed to contribute to food security and poverty reduction of the most vulnerable groups among the rural population of the target provinces of the project; and improve the capacity of civil society and local authorities to be able to contribute to the long-term development of the most vulnerable groups in rural areas.
Complementary Information
The project had gender target by involving women, particularly women-headed households farmers with limited or no land for cultivation, as well as ethnic or landless migrant groups.
