Provide access to water for increased agriculture production and economic stability, and potable water for improved health and quality of life;
Engage the poor in the community development activities through vocational training of village level institutions; and
Enhance food security;
Improve household incomes through saving groups/self-help group; and
Improve management practices of rice field fisheries systems led by FIA and likewise adopted by other agencies in order to extend the improved management of aquatic agricultural systems.
